Malwala Sanasa fully operates across 05 Grama Niladhari divisions. To ensure maximum representation and democratic power, these areas are divided geographically into 06 active zones (කලාප).
Each zone runs its own Zonal Council. This ensures that every neighborhood has a direct say in our cooperative's investments, loan disbursements, and community outreach, achieving a highly decentralized power structure.
